ПОСЛОВНА КОНЦЕПЦИЈА ДА ВАМ НУДИМО

1. ERECTING MACHINES (TRAY FORMER MACHINES)

  • delivery, install & uninstall of the erecting machines
  • installing air compressor with air dryer (upon request)
  • training of machine operators (Certified by the Manufactures of Erecting machines)

1st step:

24/7 phone service directly to the operators on the machine.

2nd step:

If the failure is not removed via telephone within 24 hours, a service team is sent to service the machine directly on site.

3rd step:

In the case the failure can not be rectified within 48 hours, the machine will be replaced.

  • Regular, unexpected maintenance and servicing of the machines, and replacement of spare parts
  • Supply of glue (hot melt)

2. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR MACHINES ON FIELD AND SEASONAL REPARATION IN OUR SERVICE CENTERS

  • Regular on-site services throughout the season, replacement of used original spare parts or replacement manufacturers (filters, lifts, cylinders, etc.)

1st step:

Automatic Erected Trays are better in comparison to Manually Folded Trays, which require a lot of workers, which is a major problem due to the constant shortage of workers. Additionally, the automatic erected trays are more stable in comparison to manually folded trays, with the same paper quality being used in both processes.

The large capacity of the erecting machines allows us simultaneous work on different locations specified by the client.
